Thinking cap on and wondering what else could make useful information a little easier to get to.
My first idea is to start a publisher catagory. With each publisher being added as their own thread.
I was also thinking of author interviews... If there was a automated system to let authors come in and fillout/post and interview I think that would be cool.
Author links and promos... I like how the promo area is set up and the review areas.I was also thinking that as we invite other authors to join... maybe we could invite houses to host author days? or offer Publishers their own section if they turn out well or want a permanaant hang out...?
I think the authors and publishers need some place to have links to websites that is easy to get to. Maybe a links section where it's all one post(or 2) in an alphabetical list?
thats enough for now...

interview questions that I thought were good...
What genres do you write in? IS there a story, theme or genre you haven't written yet but you'd like to try? Can you tell us about it? On the other end, is there any genre you wouldn't write and why?
Was there a person, author, book or event that inspired you to be a writer?
For you to site down and write, are there some routines that you use for this (spotless desk, early morning writing, etc)

Possible names for the board…
Paranormal Anonymous-are you addicted to paranormal? Then you have come to the right place!
The black room – Time to see what the darkness can do to you! Or are you afraid of the dark, if not then enter!
Paranormal Happens – Ask about our bumper sticker!
ROMANCE- Paranormal Style – (but this would limit other kinds of paranormal)
Midnight Hour – All the best and the worst at the chime of twelve…
Midnight Times – Welcoming all paranormal book genres.

How's this sound for a first draft of the interview idea?
Hi author! Welcome to ________. One of the many promotional opportunities that we offer here is an ¡§author interview¡¨ to let your readers get a chance to know you. We¡¦ve tried to make it as painless as we could. All you have to do is answer as many of the questions below that you want to. Follow these steps and you will have your first interview. ƒº 1) Answer questions. Take your time and think about what the readers want to know. 2) Delete questions that you don¡¦t wish to answer. 3) Delete all this part that is only here to help you. 4) Check formatting for neat appearance. (write down the last steps first. ƒº )
Contact information for readers... Name you write under? Website address? Newsletter ?
Can you tell us a little about yourself? (Think author bio. Can be as long as you want.)
When and how did you get started in writing?
Was there a person, author, book or event that inspired you to be a writer?
What genres do you write in? IS there a story, theme or genre you haven't written yet but you'd like to try? Can you tell us about it? On the other end, is there any genre you wouldn't write and why?
What books do you currently have available and where to find them?
What is the next book that you have coming out?
Can you share a blurb and short excerpt?
How do you come up with ideas to write about?
What does your workspace look like?
For you to site down and write, are there some routines that you use for this (spotless desk, early morning writing, etc)
Do you have a writing schedule? If so, tell us about it?
What do you like to do when you¡¦re not writing?
Who in your life supports your writing? (This is your chance to thank them)
Tell us about your muse, if you have one?
